1 hour since OP posted and yall are wondering where they went…relax guys, the shot is probably still pulling

Guys. Sorry for the delay. Fuxxing DELICIOUS. I can’t believe how good the shot pulled. Was able to dose 16g on top of the cookie. Went with a slightly finer grind. Tamped hard. Ripped the lever down. 10 second pre-infusion. 25 second extraction. Total of 35. Color was milky with thicker viscosity. Flavor was ALL THERE.
